Cancellation by the Client

Please note that we follow a non-refundable and non-transferable policy. This means that once you have registered and paid for any of our services, refunds will not be provided, and registrations cannot be transferred to another individual or event. No-shows are also not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by The Love Hope Company

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event or an appointment, we will make every effort to provide you with an alternative appointment time. If no suitable alternative is available, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days to your bank account.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Refunds may be subject to processing fees or deductions as determined.
