After you book, you pick a date and time that works for you. A trained phlebotomist from Neuberg Diagnostics comes to your home, collects your blood sample, and that is it. The whole process takes about 10 to 15 minutes.

Home collection is available across most cities and towns in India through Neuberg's network of 3,000+ collection points across 19 states. When you book, you will be able to confirm availability in your area.

Your blood test report is usually ready within 24 to 48 hours of collection. Your psychologist consultation is scheduled once your results are ready.

Your psychologist comes into the session with both your mental health assessment and your blood test report. They walk you through what your numbers mean, how they connect to what you flagged in the assessment, and what it all looks like together. You also get time to just talk. It is a 20-minute session and it is included in every package.

No. Psychologists do not prescribe medication. If your results suggest something that needs medical attention, your psychologist will recommend that you see the right kind of doctor. What they will do is help you make sense of your results and figure out your next steps.

A standard health check looks at your physical health in general. This panel was built specifically around markers that affect mental health, mood, cognition, and energy. Things like Vitamin D, cortisol, thyroid function, and inflammation levels. It is then paired with a psychologist who explains what those numbers mean for your mental health.

Yes. Your test results and your consultation are completely confidential. We do not share your information with employers, insurance companies, or any third party.

Yes. You can book on behalf of a family member. Just make sure the details you enter are for the person who will be giving the blood sample.

If you have reports from the last 3 months, get in touch with us before booking. Depending on what was tested, we may be able to use your existing reports for the consultation and skip the blood draw.

Absolutely. Many of our clients are already in therapy and find this useful because it gives them and their therapist a clearer picture of what might be going on biologically. You can even share the results with your existing therapist.

Yes. For next-day blood test appointments, rescheduling requests must be made by 4:00 PM on the previous day. For appointments scheduled further in advance, rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the appointment time. All requests are subject to slot availability.

Cancellations are not permitted after a booking has been confirmed. If you are unable to attend, you may request a reschedule within the applicable timelines.
