The sessions helps me pin point where I have to reflect on my actions and where I have to draw boundaries on my emotions towards people around me. I am being constantly encouraged and seen of my progress which I always fail to see most of the times.

I recently had a session with my counselor to discuss some relationship challenges, and I wanted to share how positive the experience was. She was incredibly professional and created a safe, supportive environment where I felt truly heard and understood. Her empathetic approach made it easy for me to open up, and the guidance she provided was thoughtful and practical. I left the session feeling more confident and clear about the steps I need to take moving forward. I’m genuinely grateful for her expertise and the direction she offered during such a difficult time.

I had a great therapy session with Aathmika. She was really patient, gave me space to be vulnerable, and asked a few questions that made me see things differently. She also gave me some takeaways to think about before the next session. This was my first session and It feels like a good start, though there's still a long way to go.
