Therapy is a space where you are met as you are, where every part of you is welcome. My role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and move toward what feels meaningful and sustainable. I work from a trauma-informed, client-centred, queer-affirmative, and intersectional lens, with autonomy and agency at the heart of the therapeutic relationship. My work is guided by a systemic understanding of individuals within their relational, cultural, and social contexts. My practice includes art-based therapeutic work with children and adults, supporting expression and meaning-making beyond words. I work relationally and reflectively, drawing from narrative and existential approaches to explore lived experiences. Play-based therapy is central to my work with children and adolescents, offering developmentally attuned support for regulation, exploration, and integration. I also work with parents, caregivers, and families, focusing on strengthening caregiving systems, navigating sensitive transitions, and fostering support. Alongside talk-based therapy, I offer space for somatic and body-based work informed by my training at Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, for those who wish to explore yoga and psychotherapy together. Confidentiality and emotional safety are foundational to this space. I practise under clinical supervision, ensuring ethical care while safeguarding your privacy. My work is informed by ongoing engagement with research, education, and Social-Emotional Learning, grounded in a commitment to inclusive, socially responsive mental health care.
