I am currently pursuing my M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology, with training experiences that combine clinical practice, psychotherapy, and research. My journey in the field began with a six-month training at the ICRADO counseling center, where I gained practical exposure in providing counseling services and working with diverse clients. Since then, I have expanded my clinical experience through hospital settings, engaging in diagnostic evaluations, therapy planning, and patient care across varied populations. My professional interests lie primarily in psychotherapy, child and adolescent psychiatry, and comprehensive psychological assessment. I have developed strong skills in psychometric testing and therapeutic interventions, including Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). These approaches allow me to provide structured, evidence-based, and compassionate care tailored to each individual’s needs. Academically, I am actively engaged in research through my ongoing dissertation, which has strengthened my analytical skills and commitment to advancing mental health knowledge. This research orientation complements my clinical practice, ensuring that my interventions are both scientifically grounded and practically effective. My professional goal is to contribute to accessible mental health care by integrating evidence-based practices with a focus on awareness and early intervention. I am passionate about making psychological services inclusive and impactful, particularly for vulnerable and underrepresented groups. With a blend of clinical training, therapeutic skills, and research engagement, I aim to add value to your team by delivering high-quality mental health services and promoting holistic well-being.
